由于农机具轴承寿命影响因素较复杂,传统轴承寿命分析方法难以针对不同环境下的农机具轴承寿命进行有效分析.为了更加准确地估计农机具轴承的使用寿命,本文针对传统理论难以准确分析出不同环境下轴承使用寿命的不足,提出了一种基于灰色关联法的轴承寿命分析方法,并利用某玉米播种机6205 深沟球轴承进行验证,通过试验并用灰色关联法对数据进行处理,得出各个因素对轴承寿命影响比重.该方法可有效分析出影响轴承寿命的主要原因,为农机具设计和维修提供有效借鉴.

Due to the complex factors affecting the bearing life of agricultural machinery,traditional bearing life analysis methods are difficult to effectively analyze the bearing life of agricultural machinery in different environments.In order to more accurately estimate the service life of agricultural machinery bearings,this paper proposes a bearing life analysis method based on grey correlation method to address the shortcomings of traditional P-L theory in accurately analyzing the service life of bearings in different environments.The 6205 deep groove ball bearing of a corn seeder is used for anal-ysis,and the data is processed through experiments and grey correlation method to obtain the impact proportion of various factors on bearing life.This method can effectively analyze the main reasons affecting the life of bearings and provide ef-fective reference for the design and maintenance of agricultural machinery.
