嫁接机切割式供夹装置的设计与试验OA

Design and Experiment of Cutting-Type Clamping Device for Grafting Machine

针对嫁接机供夹装置存在体积大、效率低、稳定性差的问题,提出一种用于茄果类嫁接机的连续切割夹胚式供夹装置.基于砧木穗木苗的贴接式嫁接法,以常见 PE 材质的嫁接夹为研究对象,设计了切割式供夹装置,并对供夹过程中夹持夹头与嫁接夹的运动和结构参数进行分析,确定了斜面夹头相较于平面夹头能形成有效的避让空间.运用 Box-Behnken 响应面设计试验方法建立了优化模型,并对装置进行了供夹性能试验,分析了气缸气压、单次供夹响应时间、夹头斜面倾角对供夹合格率的影响.结果表明:当气缸气压为 0.688 MPa、单次供夹响应时间为 1.445 s、夹头斜面倾角为107.984°时,切割式供夹装置的性能最好,平均供夹合格率可达 96.19%.通过验证试验得出供夹合格率为 95.67%,此时供夹装置效率可达 2 000 夹/h,可以满足嫁接夹供给要求且供夹稳定可靠,与现有嫁接设备相比成本显著降低,可为小规模种植农户嫁接育苗提供技术支撑,并为后续嫁接机自动化的研发提供技术参考.

Aiming at the problems of large size,low efficiency and poor stability of the grafting machine clamping device,a continuous cutting and clamping embryo type clamping device for the development of eggplant and fruit grafting machine was proposed.Based on the affixed grafting method of rootstock spike seedlings,a grafting clamp made of common PE ma-terial was taken as the research object,and a grafting machine cutting-type clamping device was designed,and the move-ment and structural parameters of the clamping head and the grafting clamp during the clamping process were analyzed,and it was determined that the slanting head could form an effective avoidance space compared with the planar head.The Box-Behnken response surface design method was used to establish an optimization model and carry out a clamping per-formance test on the device.The effects of cylinder pressure,single clamping response time and inclination angle of the clamp head on the qualified rate of clamping were analyzed.The results showed that the cutting clamping device has the best performance when the cylinder pressure was 0.688 MPa,the response time of single clamping was 1.445 s,and the inclination angle was 107.984°.The average qualified rate of clamping could reach 96.19%.Through the verification test,it was concluded that the qualified rate of the clamping device was 95.67%.At this time,the efficiency of the clam-ping device could reach 2 000 clips/h,which could meet the requirements of the grafting clamp supply and the clamping device was stable and reliable.Compared with the existing grafting equipment,the cost was significantly reduced,which could provide technical support for small-scale planting farmers to graft seedlings,and technical reference for the subse-quent research and development of grafting machine automation.
