基于物联网技术的履带式果园智能喷药机设计与试验OA

传统人工喷药方式存在一定弊端,难以适应果园的规模化发展.为此,以履带遥控作业机为载体,融合遥控技术、物联网技术、导航技术,集成风送式喷药机、导航模块、可视化控制模块,并优化控制算法,研制了基于物联网技术的履带式果园智能喷药机.本研究主要对喷药系统、导航模块和可视化控制模块进行了硬件选择与计算,重点对导航模块追踪控制器的控制算法进行了论述,并在梨园开展了喷药试验.结果表明:履带底盘接地压力由 15.5 kPa 降至 15.2 kPa,土壤紧实度平均值为 234.44 kPa,喷药特性与梨树生长特征基本一致,横向循迹偏差平均绝对值为 2.436 cm,指令响应延迟最大为 0.6 s,视频传输延迟最大为 1.3 s.该智能喷药机实现了远程无人化喷施作业,且可实时监控作业环境,满足果园规模化管理需求.

Due to the drawbacks of traditional manual spraying methods and it was difficult to adapt to the large-scale de-velopment of orchards.Therefore,taking the crawler remote control machine as the carrier,integrating remote control technology,Internet of Things technology,navigation technology,integrating air-assisted sprayer,navigation module,visual control module,and optimizing control algorithm,a crawler orchard intelligent sprayer based on Internet of Things technology was developed.The hardware selection and calculation of the spraying system,navigation module and visual control module were mainly carried out.The control algorithm of the tracking controller of the navigation module was dis-cussed,and the spraying test was carried out in the pear orchard.The results showed that the grounding pressure of the crawler chassis decreased from 15.5 kPa to 15.2 kPa,and the average soil compactness was 234.44 kPa.The spraying characteristics were basically consistent with the growth characteristics of the pear tree.The average absolute value of the lateral tracking deviation was 2.436 cm.The maximum command response delay was 0.6 s,and the maximum video transmission delay was 1.3 s.The intelligent spraying machine realized remote unmanned spraying operation,and could monitor the operating environment in real time to meet the needs of large-scale management of orchards.
