针对棉秸秆破碎脱出物组分复杂、清选后木质部存在损失率和含杂率高等问题,结合棉秸秆皮质髓物理特性,设计了一种棉秸秆皮质髓清选装置.通过理论分析和 EDEM 离散元软件,对清选装置结构和运动参数进行设计与优化,并分析物料颗粒在筛面上的运动状态,确定影响筛选效果的主要因素.采用单因素试验确定振动频率、振动幅度、筛网倾角的取值范围,选取振动频率、振动幅度和筛网倾角为试验因素,棉秸秆木质部的损失率和含杂率为评价指标,通过三因素三水平响应面试验,分别构建了各因素与损失率和含杂率的回归模型,分析各因素及其交互效应,确定清选装置最佳参数组合.试验结果表明:当振动频率为 14.9 Hz、振动幅度为 7.8 mm、筛网倾角为 6.0°时,清选装置的筛分效果最佳.在该参数组合下进行验证试验,木质部损失率为 3.31%,含杂率为 3.18%,与优化仿真值相对误差均小于 5%,满足实际清选作业要求.该研究可为棉秸秆皮质髓清选装置的设计与优化提供理论依据.

In view of the complex composition of the extracted products from cotton straw crushing,the significant loss of xylem and high impurity rate after cleaning,a cleaning device for cotton cortical pulp was designed based on the physical characteristics of the material components.The structure and motion parameters of the cleaning device were designed and optimized through theoretical analysis and EDEM discrete element software.The motion state of material particles on the screen surface was analyzed to determine the main factors affecting the screening effect.The single-factor tests were con-ducted to determine the value ranges of vibration frequency,vibration amplitude and screen inclination angle.The vibra-tion frequency,vibration amplitude and screen inclination angle were selected as test factors,and the loss rate and impuri-ty rate of the xylem of cotton straw were used as evaluation indicators.Through three-factor and three-level response sur-face tests,regression models of each factor and the loss rate and impurity rate were respectively constructed.The factors and their interaction effects were analyzed to determine the optimal parameter combination of the cleaning device.The test results showed that the screening effect of the cleaning device was the best when the vibration frequency was 14.9 Hz,the vibration amplitude was 7.8 mm,and the screen inclination angle was 6.0°.The verification test was conducted under this parameter combination.The xylem loss rate was 3.31%,and the impurity rate was 3.18%,and the relative errors between the experimental verification results and the optimized simulation values were all less than 5%,meeting the re-quirements of actual cleaning operations.This research could provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the cotton straw cortical pulp cleaning device.
