可调节式毛刷指夹式玉米精量排种器性能试验OA
Performance Test of Adjustable Brush Finger-Type Maize Precision Seeder
为满足精量播种要求与播种适应性,设计了一种可调节式毛刷指夹式玉米精量排种器,阐述了排种器的结构与工作原理,优化了排种器的主要结构参数.以排种器作业速度和毛刷间隙为试验因素,以播种单粒率、多粒率、漏夹率为评价指标,对 4 种类型种子开展了单因素适应性试验,揭示了各试验因素对排种性能指标的影响.结果表明,排种器对不同类型的种子均具有良好的适应性.采用二次正交旋转组合试验设计,选用扁形大粒种子为试验对象,运用 Design-Expert 13.0.1 软件进行数据处理,建立各因素与评价指标之间的数学模型,得出回归方程.经过多目标优化求解,得出最优组合参数为作业速度 6.5 km/h、毛刷间隙 3.8 mm,此时单粒率为 91.50%、多粒率为 4.10%、漏夹率为 4.40%.在该条件下进行验证试验,得出单粒率为 90.91%、多粒率为 4.42%、漏夹率为 4.67%,与优化结果基本一致.田间播种试验表明:排种器的播种单粒率为 89.88%、多粒率为 4.88%、漏夹率为 5.24%,各项指标均满足玉米精量播种的农艺要求.
To meet the requirements of precision seeding and seeding adaptability,an adjustable brush-type finger-clip precision seed metering device for corn was developed.The structure and working principle of the metering device were described,and the main structural parameters of the metering device were optimized.Taking the operating speed of the seed metering device and the brush gap as the test factors,the single-grain rate,multi-grain rate and missing clip rate as the evaluation indexes,the single-factor adaptability test was carried out on four types of seeds,and the influence of each test factor on the seeding performance index was revealed.The results showed that the seed metering device had good adaptability to different types of seeds.The quadratic orthogonal rotational combination test design was adopted,and flat large-grain seeds were selected as the experimental objects.The Design-Expert 13.0.1 software was used for data pro-cessing and analysis to establish the mathematical model between each factor and the evaluation index,and the regression equation was obtained.Through multi-objective optimization,the optimal combination parameters were obtained:when the operating speed was 6.5 km/h and the brush gap was 3.8 mm,the single-seed rate was 91.50%,the multi-seed rate was 4.10%,and the missed-seed rate was 4.40%.Under these conditions,verification tests were conducted,and the single-seed rate was 90.91%,the multi-seed rate was 4.42%,and the missed-seed rate was 4.67%.The verification results were basically consistent with the optimization results.Field seeding tests showed that the single-seed rate of the metering device was 89.88%,the multi-seed rate was 4.88%,and the missed-seed rate was 5.24%,and all the indica-tors met the agronomic requirements of precision corn seeding.
