蔬菜移栽机纵向自动送苗装置的设计与试验OA
Design and Experiment of Longitudinal Automatic Seedling Feeding Device for Vegetable Transplanting Machine
针对蔬菜移栽机纵向送盘装置对不同穴盘尺寸适应性不高和柔性穴盘在送盘过程中易凸起导致送盘不精准的问题,设计了一种由纵向自动推盘机构和压盘机构组合而成的蔬菜移栽机纵向自动送苗装置.首先,对穴盘形状与尺寸进行分析,提出了一种适应多数穴盘形状和尺寸的理想"D"字形纵向推盘轨迹;根据单行星架轮系式与仿图仪的传动方式与工作原理,设计了一种可以定比例缩放轨迹的纵向自动推盘机构.其次,基于四杆机构运动学模型与遗传优化算法,优化设计了一种与纵向自动推盘机构配套的、可以往复摆动压盘的压盘机构.最后,采用两种不同规格的穴盘开展纵向自动送苗试验,第Ⅰ类规格纵向自动进给距离为32.0 mm,作业精度高于93.43%,纵向进给距离最大偏差为2.1 mm;第Ⅱ类规格纵向自动进给距离为 36.5 mm,作业精度均高于 93.15%,纵向进给距离最大偏差为 2.5 mm.试验表明:蔬菜移栽机纵向自动送苗装置能够实现多规格穴盘纵向稳定进给动作,同时有效解决了穴盘凸起问题,具有良好的通用性和适用性,为多规格穴盘纵向进给送苗提供了新途径.
Aiming at the problem that the longitudinal plug tray feeding device of vegetable transplanter had low adaptability to different plug tray sizes and the flexible plug tray was easy to bulge during the plug tray feeding process,which led to inaccurate plug tray feeding,a longitudinal automatic seedling feeding device for vegetable transplanters was designed,comprising a longitudinal automatic pushing mechanism and a pressing mechanism.Firstly,the shape and size of the plug tray were analyzed,and an ideal D-shaped longitudinal pusher trajectory was proposed to adapt to the shape and size of most plug trays.Based on the transmission principles and working methods of a single-planetary gear train and a pantograph,a longitudinal automatic pushing mechanism capable of proportionally scaling trajectories was designed.Secondly,utilizing kinematic models of four-bar mechanism and genetic optimization algorithms,a reciprocating pressing mechanism complementing the pushing mechanism was optimized.Finally,longitudinal automatic feeding tests were conducted using two plug tray specifications.For Type I(32 mm feed distance),operational accuracy exceeded 93.43%with a maximum deviation of 2.1 mm.For Type II(36.5 mm feed distance),accuracy surpassed 93.15%with a maximum deviation of 2.5 mm.The tests confirmed the feasibility of achieving stable longitudinal feeding for multi-specification plug trays and effectively resolve plug tray convexity issues,demonstrating good versatility and applicability,thus providing a new solution for longitudinal seedling feeding across multiple plug tray specifications.
