立轴锯片式棉秆粉碎还田机的设计与台架试验OA

针对新疆棉秆还田过程中现有锤爪式、甩刀式机具存在的能耗高、粉碎不彻底、易受含水率影响等问题,设计了一种立轴锯片式棉秆粉碎还田机.设计了采用锯片切割、扶禾装置与可调间距锯片组结构的还田机,以适应新疆"66 cm+10 cm"种植模式;测定了棉秆的几何与力学特性,其剪切力随含水率升高呈先降后升的趋势,含水率为 35%~45%时为最适宜粉碎还田作业期窗口;为优化作业参数,搭建模拟田间作业工况的试验台架,选取切割粉碎锯片转速、锯片轴向间距和喂入速度 3 个因素,以切割功耗和切割粉碎合格率为指标,开展了三因素三水平正交试验,通过回归与方差分析,建立了各因素与指标的回归模型,得到切割粉碎锯片转速对功耗影响最大、喂入速度对合格率影响最显著.多目标优化结果表明:当切割粉碎锯片转速为 1 813 r/min、锯片轴向间距为 121 mm、喂入速度为 1.25 m/s 时,切割功耗为 65.8 J,粉碎合格率达 88.3%,满足国家标准要求.研究为棉秆还田装备的节能降耗与性能优化提供了理论依据,对推动新疆棉秆资源化利用与农业可持续发展具有实际意义.

To address the issues of high energy consumption,incomplete shredding,and susceptibility to moisture content in existing hammer-claw and swing-blade cotton stalk shredding equipment used for field incorporation in Xinjiang,a vertical saw blade-type cotton stalk shredder and mulcher was designed.The machine incorporated saw blade cutting,crop separation devices,and adjustable-spacing saw blade groups to accommodate Xinjiang's 66 cm+10 cm planting pattern.The geometric and mechanical properties of cotton stalks were measured,revealing that shear force first decrea-ses then increases with rising moisture content.The optimal shredding and return-to-field window occurs at 35%-45%moisture content.To optimize operational parameters,a test bench simulating field conditions was constructed.Saw blade speed,axial spacing between blades,and feed rate three factors were selected.A three-factor,three-level orthogonal test was conducted,using cutting power consumption and pulverization pass rate as evaluation index.Through regression and variance analysis,regression models linking factors to indicators were established.Results indicated that saw blade speed most significantly impacted power consumption,while feed rate most strongly influenced qualification rate.Multi-objective optimization results indicated that at saw blade speed 1,813 r/min,axial spacing 121 mm,and feed rate 1.25 m/s,cutting power consumption reached 65.8 J while pulverization pass rate achieved 88.3%,meeting national stand-ards.This study provides a theoretical basis for energy conservation,consumption reduction,and performance optimiza-tion of cotton stalk returning equipment,holding practical significance for promoting the resource utilization of cotton stalks and sustainable agricultural development in Xinjiang.
