针对长绒棉纤维柔软、细长,与铃壳纠缠紧密,导致现有提净式籽棉清理机齿条辊在加工清理机采长绒棉时存在清铃壳效率低、落棉损失大的问题,设计了一种适用于机采长绒棉加工清理的提净式籽棉清理机齿条辊.首先,通过研究机采长绒籽棉的物理力学特性,结合籽棉运动过程的受力分析,对 U 形齿条辊和回收齿条辊的直径、齿条齿形和齿条间距等参数进行设计.然后,运用 ANSYS Workbench 仿真软件对齿条结构进行静力学分析,结果表明:齿条最大变形发生在齿尖处,最大变形量为 4.73×10-4 mm;最大应力发生在齿根部,最大应力值为 9.52 MPa,应变和应力变化均满足材料强度要求.最后,采用全因子试验方法对比分析了直形齿和弧形齿的清铃性能,采用综合评分法确定了最优参数组合:当 U 形齿条辊的齿条齿形为直形、齿条间距为 16 mm 时,清铃壳效果最佳,清铃率为 63.23%,落棉率为 8.27%;当回收齿条辊的齿条齿形为弧形、齿条间距为 16 mm 时,回收效果最佳,清铃率为 63.29%,落棉率为 9.06%,验证了理论设计的合理性.研究可为机采长绒棉提净式籽棉清理机的优化提供理论依据和技术参考.

Given the soft and slender nature of long-staple cotton fibers and the tight entanglement between fibers and boll husks,existing stripper and stick cleaners display low efficiency in boll husk removal and high cotton loss during the pro-cessing of machine-harvested long-staple cotton.A saw cylinder for stripper and stick cleaner was designed,which was specifically intended for processing machine-harvested long-staple cotton.Through investigating the physical and mechan-ical properties of machine-harvested long-staple seed cotton and conducting a force analysis of seed cotton's movement,parameters like the diameter,tooth profile,and tooth spacing of the U-shaped saw cylinder and the reclaiming saw cylin-der were optimized.Static structural analysis of the saw cylinder was performed using ANSYS Workbench simulation soft-ware.The results showed that the maximum deformation of the saw,which was 4.73×10-4 mm,occurred at the tooth tips,and the maximum stress,amounting to 9.52 MPa,was concentrated at the tooth roots.The strain and stress variations both satisfied the material strength requirements.A full factorial experimental design was used to compare and analyze the boll husk removal performance between straight sawteeth and arc-shaped sawteeth.The optimal parameter combinations were determined using a comprehensive scoring method.The findings showed that the U-shaped saw cylinder with straight sawteeth and a 16 mm tooth spacing had the best boll husk removal performance,achieving removal rate of 63.23%and cotton loss rate of 8.27%.The reclaiming saw cylinder performed optimally with arc-shaped sawteeth and a 16 mm tooth spacing,resulting in boll husk removal rate of 63.29%and cotton loss rate of 9.06%.These results verified the theoreti-cal design's rationality.This study offers a theoretical foundation and technical reference for optimizing the saw cylinder in the stripper and stick cleaner for machine-harvested long-staple cotton.
