双层型孔浮动组合腰带式棉花精量穴播器设计与试验OA

针对机械式棉花穴播器在高速作业状态下播种精度降低和空穴率上升等问题,从棉种自适应充填和高效清种的角度出发,设计了一款双层型孔浮动组合腰带式穴播器.对穴播器的关键零部件进行结构设计,依靠穴播器中的取种盘和浮动组合腰带等关键零部件,利用自适应振动的方式实现种群的有序充填和高效清种;结合作业过程中棉种的受力情况建立取种过程的棉种受力模型,同时根据振动原理方程,建立清种过程中浮动组合腰带在简谐激励振动下的受迫振动方程;采用响应曲面优化试验,运用数据处理软件 Design-Expert 分析了穴播器转速、种层高度、重力块弧长 3 个主要因素对穴播器单粒率的影响,结果表明:在穴播器转速为 24.60 r/min、种层高度为 116.41 mm、重力块弧长为 47.48 mm 时,穴粒数合格率为 92.21%,排种性能较优,能够满足棉花播种作业要求.研究结果可为机械式棉花高速精量穴播器播种性能研究和提高棉花播种机作业质量提供参考.

Aiming at the problems of the mechanical cotton dibbler in high-speed operation,such as the reduction of seeding accuracy and the increase of hole rate,a double-layer hole floating combined belt dibbler was designed from the perspective of cotton seed-adaptive filling and high-efficiency seed cleaning.The structure and size of the key parts of the dibbler were designed,and the orderly filling and high-efficiency seed cleaning of the seeds were achieved by using adaptive vibration based on the key parts of the dibbler,such as the seed taking plate and floating combined belt,so as to meet the requirements of precision seeding of the dibbler in the process of high-speed operation.Combined with the force of cotton seed in the process of operation,the force model of cotton seed in the process of seed taking was estab-lished.At the same time,according to the vibration principle equation,the forced vibration equation of floating combina-tion belt under harmonic excitation vibration in the process of seed cleaning was established.The response surface optimi-zation test was used,the effects of three main factors,including the rotation speed of the dibbler,the height of the seed layer,and the arc length of the gravity block,on the single seed rate of the dibbler were analyzed.The results showed that when the dibbler speed was 24.60 r/min,the seed layer height was 116.41 mm,and the gravity block arc length was 47.48 mm,the qualified rate of the number of seeds in the hole was 92.21%,and the seed metering performance was better,which can meet the requirements of cotton seeding operation.The research results can provide a reference for the research on the seeding performance of mechanical cotton high-speed precision dibbler and improving the operation quality of cotton seeder.
