基于花芯识别定位的凤梨花对靶喷水系统设计与试验OA
Design and Experiment of Targeted Water Spraying System for Bromeliad Based on Floral Core Identification and Localization
针对凤梨花喷水时需对准其花芯位置的灌水需求,设计了面向苗床栽培的凤梨花对靶喷水系统.该系统采用龙门自走式结构,为了提高定位精度,提出了基于花冠中心位置的粗定位和基于叶筒点云质心的精定位相结合的识别定位方法.粗定位阶段,运用 YOLOv8 模型结合深度相机获取的信息,实现对花冠中心位置的快速定位;精定位阶段,对花冠点云使用 FPFH 和 RANSAC 等算法与模板点云实现匹配与对齐,进而提取出叶筒点云并计算叶筒点云质心,以此作为花芯的精确定位.对靶喷水装置接收到花芯坐标后,迅速调整喷头位姿并进行喷水;控制系统根据定位信息协调移动装置和对靶喷水装置,使系统能精准行走并调整喷头位姿瞄准花芯,实现精准对靶喷水作业.试验结果表明,精定位的精度较粗定位提升了 44.3%;通过粗定位与精定位的结合,系统在凤梨花识别、花芯定位和对靶喷水方面均表现出较高的精度和稳定性,对靶成功率达 91%以上,满足实际应用需求.
In response to the watering requirement of precisely aiming at the floral core of bromeliad,a target-oriented water-spraying system for bromeliad cultivated in nursery beds was designed.The system adopts a gantry-type structure.To improve the positioning accuracy,an identification and positioning method combining coarse positioning based on the center position of the flower crown and fine positioning based on the centroid of the leaf cup point cloud was proposed.In the coarse-positioning stage,the YOLOv8 model was used in combination with the information obtained from the depth camera to quickly locate the center position of the flower crown.In the fine-positioning stage,algorithms such as FPFH(Fast Point Feature Histograms)and RANSAC(Random Sample Consensus)were applied to the flower crown point cloud to match and align with the template point cloud.Subsequently,the leaf cup point cloud was extracted,and its centroid was calculated,which was used as the precise positioning of the floral core.Upon receiving the coordinates of the floral core,the target-oriented water-spraying device quickly adjusted the nozzle pose and sprays water.The control system coordinated the moving device and the target-oriented water-spraying device according to the positioning informa-tion,enabling the system to move precisely and adjust the nozzle pose to aim at the floral core,thus achieving accurate target-oriented water-spraying operations.Experimental results showed that the accuracy of fine positioning was improved by 44.3%compared with that of coarse positioning.Through the combination of coarse and fine positioning,the system exhibits high accuracy and stability in bromeliad identification,floral core positioning,and target-oriented water-spra-ying.The target-hitting success rate can reach 91%,meeting the requirements of practical applications.
