为了研究外压作用下含局部减薄缺陷圆柱壳的屈曲行为,采用有限元方法分析圆柱壳长径比、径厚比、边界条件及局部减薄参数等因素对含局部减薄缺陷圆柱壳弹塑性屈曲载荷的影响.采用非线性回归方法建立含局部减薄缺陷圆柱壳弹塑性屈曲载荷公式.结果表明:局部减薄缺陷降低圆柱壳的屈曲载荷,其中减薄深度的影响最为显著.当局部减薄缺陷较小时,长径比和径厚比的增大导致屈曲载荷下降;当局部减薄缺陷较大时,随着长径比的增大,屈曲载荷出现回升.研究结果可为外压容器的缺陷评定提供依据,对保障工程结构的安全性与可靠性具有重要意义.

This study examines the buckling behavior of cylindrical shells with localized thinning defects under external pressure.Using finite element analysis,we assess how factors such as the length-to-diameter ratio,diameter-to-thickness ratio,boundary conditions,and localized thinning parameters affect the elastoplastic buckling load of these shells.A nonlinear regression approach is adopted to develop a formula for predicting the elastoplastic buckling load of cylindrical shells with localized thinning defects.The results indicate that localized thinning defects significantly reduce the buckling load,with thinning depth exhibiting the most significant influence.For small localized thinning defects,an increase in the length-to-diameter and diameter-to-thickness ratios causes a reduction in the buckling load.For large localized thinning defects,the buckling load increases as the length-to-diameter ratio increases.These findings provide valuable insights for defect assessment in pressure vessels and are of significant importance for ensuring the safety and reliability of engineering structures.
