骆驼刺叶片化学计量特征和非结构性碳水化合物对水氮添加的响应OA
Stoichiometric Characteristics and Non-structural Carbohydrates of Leaves in Alhagi Sparsifolia in Response to the Addition of Nitrogen and Water
目的:水分和氮素是荒漠植物生长的主要限制因子,本研究旨在探究水氮耦合作用对骆驼刺幼苗养分利用策略与碳代谢的调控机制,为荒漠植被恢复与水肥管理提供理论依据.方法:以骆驼刺幼苗为试验材料,设置 2 种水分水平与 3 种氮水平的完全随机区组盆栽试验,测定并分析叶片碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)化学计量特征及非结构性碳水化合物(NSCs)的响应规律.结果:轻度干旱胁迫下,中氮处理显著提高叶片 C、N、P含量,促进养分积累与抗逆性提升;低氮处理在两种水分条件下均能促进 NSCs(尤其是淀粉)积累,中氮处理则易导致 NSCs 过度消耗;叶片 N 含量与可溶性糖含量及 SS:ST比值、P含量与 NSCs均呈显著负相关.结论:氮磷代谢与碳水化合物分配密切相关,骆驼刺通过灵活调整叶片化学计量及 NSCs积累分配以适应水氮耦合环境,本研究明确了其资源分配策略,为荒漠水肥精准调控提供支撑.
Objective:Water and nitrogen are the main limiting factors for the growth of desert plants.This study aims to explore the regulatory mechanism of water-nitrogen coupling on the nutrient utilization strategy and carbon metabolism ofAlhagi sparsifolia seedlings,so as to provide a theoretical basis for desert vegetation restoration and wa-ter-fertilizer management.Method:Taking Alhagi sparsifolia seedlings as experimental materials,a completely randomized block pot experiment with 2 water levels and 3 nitrogen levels was set up.The response rules of leaf carbon(C),ni-trogen(N),phosphorus(P)stoichiometric characteristics and non-structural carbohydrates(NSCs)were determined and analyzed.Result:Under mild drought stress,the medium nitrogen treatment significantly increased the contents of C,N and P in leaves,promoting nutrient accumulation and stress resistance improvement;the low nitrogen treatment promot-ed the accumulation of NSCs(especially starch)under both water conditions,while the medium nitrogen treatment tend-ed to lead to excessive consumption of NSCs;leaf N content was significantly negatively correlated with soluble sugar content and SS:ST ratio,and leaf P content was significantly negatively correlated with NSCs.Conclusion:Nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism is closely related to carbohydrate distribution.Alhagi sparsifolia adapts to the water-nitrogen coupling environment by flexibly adjusting leaf stoichiometry and NSCs accumulation and distribution.This study clari-fies its resource allocation strategy and provides support for precise regulation of water and fertilizer in deserts.
