[目的]探究纸筒育苗移栽对缓解水稻土除草剂残留胁迫、促进甜菜幼苗生长的生理机制.[方法]以栽培甜菜品种"KWS7748"为材料,采用盆栽试验,设置休闲土直播(T0)、休闲土纸筒育苗移栽(T1)、水稻除草剂药害土纸筒育苗移栽(T2)、水稻除草剂药害土直播(T3)4 个处理,测定甜菜幼苗生长指标、光合特性、抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质及植株养分含量.[结果]与药害土直播相比,纸筒育苗移栽显著提高了甜菜幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶面积、根面积及干鲜重,提高了植株的光合能力,叶绿素含量和净光合速率;协调了抗氧化系统,超氧化物歧化酶活性升高,而过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性降低;脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量降低,植株全氮、全磷、全钾含量均显著上升.[结论]纸筒育苗移栽通过物理阻隔效应,有效缓解了水稻土除草剂药害对甜菜幼苗的胁迫,显著改善了甜菜幼苗生长状况,提升了光合效率、抗氧化调节能力及养分吸收效率,为甜菜在水稻茬药害田的安全生产提供理论依据.

[Objective]To explore the physiological mechanism of paper tube seedling cultivation in alleviating herbi-cide residue stress in paddy soil and promoting the growth of sugar beet seedlings.[Methods]Using the cultivated sug-ar beet variety"KWS7748"as the material,a pot experiment was conducted.Four treatments were set:bare soil direct sowing(T0),paper tube seedling cultivation and transplantation(T1),herbicide-stressed paddy soil paper tube seedling cultivation(T2),and herbicide-stressed bare soil direct sowing(T3).The growth indicators,photosynthetic characteris-tics,antioxidant enzyme activities,osmotic adjustment substances,and plant nutrient contents of sugar beet seedlings were measured.[Results]Compared with bare soil direct sowing,paper tube seedling cultivation significantly increased the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,root area,and dry and fresh weight of sugar beet seedlings,improved the photosynthetic capacity of the plants,increased chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate;coordinated the antioxi-dant system,with the superoxide dismutase activity increasing,while the peroxidase,peroxidase and ascorbate peroxi-dase activities decreasing;the contents of proline,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar and soluble protein decreased,and the total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium contents of the plants significantly increased.[Conclusion]Paper tube seedling cultivation effectively alleviated the stress of herbicide-stressed paddy soil on sugar beet seedlings through physical barrier effect,significantly improved the growth status of sugar beet seedlings,enhanced photosynthetic efficiency,antioxidant regulation ability and nutrient absorption efficiency,providing a theoretical basis for the safe pro-duction of sugar beet in paddy soil with herbicide stress.
