贵州省种植业降碳—减污—增长协同作用研究OA
Research on the Synergistic Effects of Carbon Reduction,Pollution Mitigation,and Growth in the Planting Industry of Guizhou Province
协同推进降碳减污扩绿增长,是加快经济社会发展全面绿色转型的必由之路.本文基于 2006-2023 年贵州省种植业生产相关数据,构建降碳、减污和增长指数,运用耦合协调模型和 VAR 模型,实证分析了贵州省种植业降碳-减污-增长系统的协同水平、演变规律及动态反馈机制.结果表明:(1)贵州省种植业降碳、减污和增长指数均呈上升趋势,分别增长了 6.5 倍、8.3 倍和 17.5 倍,贵州在降碳、减污以及促增长方面取得一定成效,政策规制和技术创新或是其主要驱动因素;(2)贵州省种植业降碳-减污-增长系统协同水平持续提升,但协同水平仅达到勉强协调,协同水平还不高,且呈现起步-加速-深化的阶段演进特征;(3)动态反馈结果表明,未来 10 年内,降碳系统和增长系统相互促进作用显著,减污系统和增长系统之间反馈方向相反,降碳和增长系统对减污系统均呈正向反馈;(4)方差分解结果进一步显示,未来 10 年内,增长系统在短期受自身影响较大,降碳和减污系统长期对其贡献逐渐增强.降碳系统短期受自身影响较大,增长系统和减污系统在长期对其贡献显著增大.减污系统在短期受自身影响不显著,在长期减污系统对其贡献减小,增长系统对其贡献不断增强.基于结论,本文从政策协同、技术创新、特色产业种植等方面提出相应对策建议,以期为贵州省种植业实现绿色可持续发展提供理论参考.
The synergistic promotion of carbon reduction,pollution mitigation,green expansion,and growth represents an indispensable path for accelerating the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.Based on data related to the planting industry production in Guizhou Province from 2006 to 2023,this paper con-structs indices for carbon reduction,pollution mitigation,and growth.It employs a coupling coordination model and a Vector Autoregression(VAR)model to empirically analyze the synergy level,evolutionary patterns,and dynamic feed-back mechanisms of the carbon reduction-pollution mitigation-growth system in the planting industry of Guizhou Province.The results indicate the following:(1)The carbon reduction,pollution mitigation,and growth indices in the planting industry of Guizhou Province all exhibit an upward trend,with increases of 6.5 times,8.3 times,and 17.5 times,respectively.Guizhou has achieved certain success in carbon reduction,pollution mitigation,and promoting growth,with policy regulations and technological innovation likely serving as the primary driving factors.(2)The syner-gy level of the carbon reduction-pollution mitigation-growth system in the planting industry of Guizhou Province contin-ues to improve,yet it only reaches a marginally coordinated state,indicating a relatively low level of synergy.The system demonstrates a staged evolutionary pattern characterized by initiation,acceleration,and deepening.(3)The dy-namic feedback results reveal that,over the next 10 periods,the carbon reduction system and the growth system will significantly promote each other,while the feedback direction between the pollution mitigation system and the growth system will be opposite.Both the carbon reduction and growth systems will provide positive feedback to the pollution mitigation system.(4)The variance decomposition results further demonstrate that,over the next 10 periods,the growth system will be significantly influenced by itself in the short term,with the long-term contributions of the carbon re-duction and pollution mitigation systems gradually increasing.The carbon reduction system will be predominantly influ-enced by itself in the short term,with the long-term contributions of the growth and pollution mitigation systems sig-nificantly increasing.The pollution mitigation system will not be significantly influenced by itself in the short term,with its long-term contribution decreasing and the contribution of the growth system continuously increasing.Based on these conclusions,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in terms of policy coordination,technological innovation,and the cultivation of characteristic industries,aiming to provide theoretical references for achieving green and sustainable development in the planting industry of Guizhou Province.
