黑龙江省"十五五"时期畜牧业发展战略分析OA

The"15th Five-Year"period(2026-2030)is a critical stage for Heilongjiang Province to accelerate the construction of an agricultural powerhouse and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.As the core pillar industry of the province's agricultural and rural economy,the high-quality development of the livestock industry is directly re-lated to national food security,the protection of black soil resources,and the optimization and upgrading of the agricul-tural industrial structure.Based on the actual development of the livestock industry in Heilongjiang Province,this paper systematically reviews the current foundation and phased achievements of the industry,deeply analyzes the prominent structural,resource,and technical bottlenecks in its development,and scientifically evaluates the multiple opportunities and challenges facing the industry during the"15th Five-Year"period regarding policy,market,technology,and re-sources.It clarifies the strategic positioning,overall approach,and main directions of the industry's development,and proposes targeted and implementable key development paths.This study aims to provide a scientific and rigorous theo-retical basis and practical guidance for the high-quality development of the livestock industry in Heilongjiang Province,thereby helping to consolidate the national agricultural product safety barrier and promote the construction of an agri-cultural powerhouse and comprehensive rural revitalization.
