数字农业科技项目管理赋能乡村产业振兴路径研究OA

This paper systematically explores the current status,issues,and optimization paths of digital agricultural technology project management in empowering rural industrial revitalization,drawing on project management theory,in-novation diffusion theory,industrial convergence theory,and collaborative governance theory.By comparatively analyzing the advanced experiences of Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province,the following insights are summarized:Zhejiang has established a precise demand-matching project initiation mechanism through the"government-guided+market-driven"model;Jiangsu,on the other hand,has promoted the deep integration of digital technologies into the entire a-gricultural process with industry chain collaboration as its core.Based on these findings,countermeasures and sugges-tions are proposed for optimizing management and empowerment paths in Heilongjiang Province.This study provides theoretical support and practical references for digital agricultural technology project management in Heilongjiang to empower rural industrial revitalization,holding significant practical importance for promoting agricultural digital transfor-mation and regional rural revitalization.
