农业新质生产力与农业现代化耦合协调发展研究OA

During the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,new agricultural productivity has become the core driving force for agricultural modernization,and the coupling and coordination relationship between the two has become the core driving force.It is the core research topic of high-quality agricultural development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces across the country from 2011 to 2023,this study constructs an evaluation system for new agricultural pro-ductivity covering the three dimensions of digital intelligence,innovation and green,as well as an evaluation index sys-tem for agricultural modernization including input,output and society.The results show that the development of agri-cultural modernization shows the characteristics of"steady growth,local leap,and structural adjustment",with signifi-cant regional differences.The new agricultural productivity maintained a sustained and rapid growth trend,and the gradient distribution pattern between regions was stable.The coupling coordination degree of the two shows a stepwise upward trend,gradually evolving from"mild imbalance"to"endangered imbalance",and 2020 is an important turning point,and the regional coordination level shows the highest pattern in the east and the lowest in the west.This study reveals the internal mechanism and dynamic evolution law of the coupling between the two,and the construction of the evaluation system and the proposed optimization path can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for promoting high-quality agricultural development and accelerating the construction of an agricultural power.
