添加剂防控准东高碱煤灰沉积问题的研究进展OA

本文主要介绍硅铝添加剂和磷基添加剂在防控准东煤燃烧灰沉积方面相关的研究成果,为锅炉实际运行提供参考.新疆准东地区煤炭资源丰富,由于准东煤具有高含量的碱金属及碱土金属,产生的渣层难以清除,影响锅炉受热面换热.综述了最有经济效益的添加剂技术,特别介绍高岭土、蛭石、污泥对准东煤灰沉积防控的最新研究成果.富含Si-Al的高岭土可以有效吸附Na且在高温下转化为石英和莫来石等高熔点物质.现场锅炉试验表明添加6%~8%高岭土,受热面无结渣层出现,且锅炉运行参数良好,具有很好的应用前景.层状蛭石能使灰渣变得疏松多孔,易于清除,将蛭石、高岭土等化工废料或煤矿副产品根据燃烧煤种进行不同比例的添加,可有效减少准东煤积灰结渣现象.分别添加15%油页岩和10%煤矸石均可以缓解准东煤的结渣问题,一旦添加比例过高,锅炉受热面以及管道会发生严重积灰和爆管现象.污泥中富含大量磷元素,可作为富磷添加剂,控制添加比例在10%以内,有利于提高煤灰熔融点,实现"固废利用,以废制渣"目标.磷基添加剂主要含有NH4H2PO4和Ca3(PO4)2,其主要与准东煤中Ca、Na和Fe反应生成高熔点物质,但需要评估其实际应用的可行性及经济性.

Research findings related to the use of silicon-aluminum additives and phosphorus-based additives in controlling the ash deposition during the combustion of Zhundong coal are reviewed,providing references for the practical operation of boilers.The Zhundong region in Xinjiang is rich in coal resources,but due to the high content of alkali and alkaline earth metals in Zhundong coal,the resulting ash deposits and slag layers are difficult to remove,affecting the heat transfer on boiler heating surfaces.The most economically viable additive technologies are summarized,with a particular focus on the latest research findings regarding kaolin,vermiculite,and sludge in addressing the ash deposition problem of Zhundong coal.Kaolin,rich in Si-Al,can effectively capture Na and transform into high-melting-point substances such as quartz and mullite at high temperatures.Field boiler tests indicate that adding 6%‒8%kaolin can prevent the formation of obvious slag layers on the heating surfaces,and the boiler operates with favorable parameters,showing promising application prospects.Layered vermiculite can result in loose and porous ash and slag,facilitating the removal.By adding vermiculite,kaolin,and other industrial solid wastes or coal mine by-products in appropriate proportions according to the coal type,the ash accumulation and slagging of Zhundong coal can be effectively reduced.The addition of oil shale and coal gangue at proportions of 15%and 10%,respectively,can alleviate the slagging problem of Zhundong coal;however,if the proportions are too high,severe ash accumulation on boiler heating surfaces and pipelines may occur,increasing the risk of tube rupture.Sludge,which is rich in phosphorus,can serve as a phosphorus-rich additive,and controlling the addition ratio to within 10%is beneficial for increasing the melting point of coal ash,achieving the goal of"utilizing solid waste to control slagging".Phosphorus-based additives mainly include NH4H2PO4 and Ca3(PO4)2,which primarily react with Ca,Na,and Fe in Zhundong coal to form high-melting-point substances,but the feasibility of practical application and economic viability need to be further assessed.
