空化射流强化煤气化细渣浮选炭灰分离研究OA
Study on applicability of cavitation jet for enhanced coal gasification fine slag flotation and carbon ash separation
煤气化细渣(coal gasification fine slag,CGFS)因残炭表面孔隙发达且氧化程度严重,导致常规浮选技术面临药剂消耗量高、分选指标差等技术瓶颈.在常规浮选技术基础上引入空化射流强化浮选过程,对采自陕西榆林、新疆石河子及山东兖州三地煤气化企业的三种CGFS进行了浮选实验以及浮选动力学特性研究.与常规浮选结果相比,三种CGFS空化射流在煤油用量分别减少60%、20%、60%的同时,浮选完善度指标分别提升24.40%、19.84%、16.48%.经典一级动力学模型拟合的浮选动力学数据表明:空化射流强化的三种CGFS的浮选速率常数k值均增加至0.8以上,浮选速度显著提高.测试分析结果显示,相比于常规浮选技术,空化射流强化后煤油粒径显著减小,促进了残炭表面疏水性的增强,同时产生平均粒径小于56.9 μm的微泡,在一定程度上解释了炭灰分离效果提高的原因.空化射流强化了CGFS浮选炭灰分离过程,在降低药剂用量及提高分选指标方面均具有显著优势,并且对不同的CGFS具有较好的适应性.
Coal gasification fine slag(CGFS)faces technical bottlenecks such as high reagent consumption and poor separation indices in conventional flotation technology due to the well-developed pore structure on the residual carbon surface and severe oxidation.In this study,a cavitation jet was introduced into conventional to enhance the flotation process,and flotation tests and flotation kinetic studies were carried out on three types of CGFS.Compared with the conventional flotation results,for the three CGFS samples,cavitation-jets flotation increased the flotation perfection index by 24.40%,19.84%,and 16.48%,while reducing the kerosene dosage by 60%,20%,and 60%.The results fitted by the classical first-order kinetic model show that the flotation rate constant k values of all three CGFS samples enhanced by cavitation jets increase to above 0.8,indicating a significantly improved flotation rate.The analysis results show that compared with the conventional flotation technique,the significant reduction of kerosene droplet size after cavitation jet enhancement promotes the enhancement of hydrophobicity on the residual char surface,and at the same time generates microbubbles with an average bubble size of less than 56.9 μm,which explains to a certain extent the improvement of carbon-ash separation effect.Cavitation jet enhances the flotation carbon-ash separation process of CGFS,which has significant advantages in reducing reagent dosage and improving separation indices,and has good adaptability to different CGFS.The cavitation jet provides a technical approach for the efficient flotation carbon-ash separation of CGFS.
