目前关于添加剂对煤热解过程中硫迁移转化的影响研究主要集中于慢速热解,对快速热解条件下的研究较少,而快速热解具有加热速率快、二次反应概率小、更符合实际工业条件等优点.为探究快速热解条件下添加剂对硫迁移转化的影响,利用下落床反应器模拟快速热解过程,采用浸渍法添加不同的 Na基添加剂(NaCl、Na2CO3、NaOH),研究了不同热解温度(500℃~1 000℃)下Na基添加剂对梅花井(MHJ)煤快速热解过程中硫元素迁移转化的影响.结果表明:在500℃和600℃时,添加NaCl抑制H2S和COS的释放;添加Na2CO3 促进H2S和COS的释放;添加 NaOH 促进 H2S的释放,但会抑制 COS 的释放.在 700℃和 800℃时,添加 NaCl促进 H2S和COS的释放,而添加Na2CO3和NaOH则抑制H2S和COS的释放.在900℃和1 000℃时,三种Na基添加剂均会抑制H2S和COS的释放,但是其抑制机理有所区别.NaCl促进有机质对含硫基团的捕获,将硫以噻吩的形式固定到半焦中;Na2CO3 会与含硫气体反应生成Na2S,将硫以无机硫的形式固定到半焦中;NaOH也会促进有机质对含硫基团的捕获,将硫以亚砜和噻吩的形式固定到半焦中.三种Na基添加剂按固硫效果从好到坏依次为NaOH、Na2CO3、NaCl,在1 000℃时固硫率可分别达到81.5%、76.3%、68.7%.

At present,research on the effects of additives on sulfur migration and transformation during coal pyrolysis is mainly focused on slow pyrolysis,whereas studies on rapid pyrolysis are limited.However,rapid pyrolysis demonstrates obvious advantages including faster heating rates,lower probabilities of secondary reactions,and better alignment with practical industrial conditions.To investigate the effects of additives on sulfur migration and transformation during rapid coal pyrolysis,the rapid pyrolysis process was simulated using a free-fall reactor,and different Na-based additives(NaCl,Na2CO3,NaOH)were added by an impregnation method,the impacts of Na-based additives on the migration and transformation of sulfur during the rapid pyrolysis of Meihuajing coal were investigated at different pyrolysis temperatures(500℃‒1 000℃).The results show that at 500℃and 600℃,the addition of NaCl inhibits the release of both H2S and COS,whereas the addition of Na2CO3 promots their release.Interestingly,the addition of NaOH promotes the release of H2S but inhibits the release of COS.At 700℃and 800℃,the addition of NaCl facilitats the release of H2S and COS,while the addition of Na2CO3 and NaOH reduce the release of H2S and COS.At 900℃and 1 000℃,all three Na-based additives inhibit the release of H2S and COS,but their inhibition mechanisms are different.NaCl promotes the capture of sulfur-containing groups by organic matter and fixes sulfur into the char in the form of thiophene.Na2CO3 reacts with sulfur-containing gases to form Na2S and fixes sulfur in the char in the form of inorganic sulfur.NaOH also promotes the capture of sulfur-containing groups by organic matter and fixes sulfur into the char in the form of sulfoxide and thiophene.The sulfur fixation efficiency of the three Na-based additives ranks in descending order:NaOH,Na2CO3,NaCl,with sulfur fixation rates reaching 81.5%,76.3%,and 68.7%at 1 000℃,respectively.
