带式输送机核心部件安装时采用了二次浇筑工艺,对其在带式输送机安装中的作用及施工流程进行了分析,并以哈密南湖乡五号煤矿为工程背景进行了现场应用.结果表明,主运系统建设过程中应用二次浇筑工艺,确保带式输送机核心部件运行平稳,振动和噪声均控制在较低水平,保障了煤炭输送系统高效稳定运行.研究成果可为相关工程领域二次浇筑技术的应用提供有益参考和借鉴.

The secondary pouring process was adopted for the installation of the core components of belt conveyor,and its role and con-struction process in the installation of belt conveyor were analyzed.The on-site application was carried out with the No.5 Coal Mine in Nanhu Township,Hami as the engineering background.The results show that the application of secondary pouring technology in con-struction process of the main transportation system ensures the smooth operation of core components of belt conveyor,with vibration and noise controlled at a low level,ensuring the efficient and stable operation of coal conveying system.The research results can provide use-ful references and inspirations for the application of secondary pouring technology in related engineering fields.
