红山煤矿履带转子式混凝土喷射机应用实践OA

锚网喷支护是煤矿巷道常见的支护方式,喷射混凝土具有施工速度快、结构强度高、节省材料等优点,但传统喷射机存在移动不便、喷嘴易堵塞、喷射范围受限、机械化程度低等问题;同时,混凝土喷浆支护过程也是用人较多、劳动强度较大、职业危害较为严重的环节,施工现场存在较大的安全风险.以红山煤矿掘进工作面巷道喷浆为工程背景,针对其喷浆作业中存在的巷道坡度较大、喷浆距离较长等困扰,采用履带转子式混凝土喷射机实现了远距离喷浆,2~3人即可完成,实现了安全、高效的作业效果.
Bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh is a common supporting method for coal mine tunnels.Spraying concrete has the ad-vantages of fast construction speed,high structural strength,and material saving.However,traditional sprayers have problems such as in-convenient movement,nozzle clogging,limited spraying range,and low mechanization level.At the same time,the process of concrete spraying and supporting is also a labor-intensive and occupational hazard prone process,which poses significant safety risks on the con-struction site.Taking the Hongshan Coal Mine excavation working face roadway spraying as the engineering background,in response to the difficulties of steep roadway slopes and long spraying distances in the spraying operation,a tracked rotor concrete spraying machine was used to achieve long distance spraying,which can be completed by 2-3 people,achieving safe and efficient operation results.
