煤炭是我国的主体能源,"十四五"期间,煤矿智能化采掘工作面由400多个增加到约1 600个.以新疆红山能源矿业有限公司红山煤矿新一代技术与煤炭开发利用的深度融合为研究背景,根据其生产建设现状和区域地质条件,搭建5个"1+N"模式的智能化煤矿体系;针对存在的基础数据短缺、可视化不充分、人才匮乏、技术瓶颈等问题,提出机构联合协作数据深掘、人才输入提高运维保障等针对性措施,提高了决策效率、优化了业务流程、提升了竞争力,实现了高危环境逐步向本质安全转变,"减人、增安、提效"成果日益显现.为健全该矿智能化体系,助力"数字化、绿色化、智慧化"矿井建设提供了实践参考和经验.

Coal is the main energy source in China.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,the number of intelligent mining faces in coal mines increased from over 400 to about 1 600.Taking the deep integration of new generation technology and coal development and utili-zation in Hongshan Coal Mine of Xinjiang Hongshan Energy Mining Co.,Ltd.as the research background,based on its production and construction status and regional geological conditions,five"1+N"mode intelligent coal mine systems were built.In response to the problems of basic data shortage,insufficient visualization,talent shortage,technical bottlenecks,etc.,targeted measures such as institu-tional joint collaboration for deep data mining and talent input to improve operation and maintenance support have been proposed,which have improved decision-making efficiency,optimized business processes,enhanced competitiveness,and gradually transformed high-risk environments into intrinsic safety.The achievements of"reducing personnel,increasing safety,and improving efficiency"are in-creasingly evident.This provides practical reference and experience for improving the intelligent system of the mine and assisting in the construction of"digitalization,greening,and intelligence"mines.
