运用危险和可操作性分析(HAZOP分析)对储气库地面建设工程进行风险分析.节点14"D号注采井场缓蚀剂加注系统"在采取现有保护措施情况下,仍存在药剂注入泵故障停或注入量少导致缓蚀剂流量过低、药剂注入泵故障停导致缓蚀剂逆向流、缓蚀剂泄漏导致化学品特性异常的残余风险.HAZOP分析可有效发现储气库工艺设计存在的问题,全面地检查、辨识系统中潜在的危险因素及管理薄弱环节,控制和消除不安全因素,实现工艺本质安全.
This paper conducts a risk analysis of the sur-face construction project of the gas storage facility us-ing Hazard and Operability Study(HAZOP).Under the existing protective measures,Node 14-"Corrosion Inhibitor Injection System of Injection-Production Well Pad D"-still exhibits residual risks,including exces-sively low corrosion inhibitor flow caused by shutdown or insufficient injection rate of the chemical injection pump,reverse flow of corrosion inhibitor resulting from pump shutdown,and abnormal chemical properties due to corrosion inhibitor leakage.HAZOP can effectively identify design deficiencies in gas storage processes,comprehensively detect potential hazard sources and management weaknesses within the system,control and eliminate unsafe factors,and thereby enhance inherent process safety.
