涉外法治研究热点与前沿趋势OA

This paper adopted bibliometric research methods,used CiteSpace and VOSviewer software,and analyzed 558 academic papers on the foreign-related rule of law through visual analysis.The results show that the core topics of foreign-related rule of law research mainly focused on international legal cooperation,global trade and investment,protection of overseas rights and interests,and cross-border dispute resolution.The relevant research results have effectively strengthened the institutional foundation of foreign-related rule of law,significantly enhanced the accuracy of rule of law implementation,and greatly enriched the"toolbox"of foreign-related law.At present,China's large-scale and frequent legislative amendments have put forward higher requirements for the internal coordination of the foreign-related legal system,and there is still space for improvement in the existing research in terms of practical concerns,theme expansion,and method innovation.Looking forward to the future,foreign-related rule of law research should further carry out integrated,proactive,and predictable research based on equal emphasis on theoretical frontier exploration and practical applied research and make every effort to build a foreign-related rule of law discourse system and theoretical system with Chinese characteristics that integrates China and foreign countries.
