外源碳添加对三江湿地土壤有机碳矿化的影响OA
Effects of Exogenous Carbon Additions on Soil Organic Carbon Mineralization in Sanjiang Plain Wetland
采用模拟实验探究不同浓度外源碳添加对土壤有机碳(SOC)矿化的影响.结果显示,SOC累积矿化量随碳添加浓度升高而显著增加,平均矿化速率在添加量为1.50%时达到显著峰值;SOC累积矿化量与微生物生物量碳(MBC)显著正相关,外源碳浓度可解释矿化量变异的48.70%.外源碳添加对三江平原湿地SOC矿化具有显著促进作用,其浓度阈值为1.50%.
A simulation experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations of exogenous carbon addition on soil organic carbon(SOC)mineralization.The results showed that the cumulative SOC minerali-zation increased significantly with higher carbon addition concentrations,and the average mineralization rate peaked significantly at an addition concentration of 1.50%.The cumulative SOC mineralization was significantly positively correlated with microbial biomass carbon(MBC),and the exogenous carbon concentration explained 48.70%of the variation in mineralization.Exogenous carbon addition significantly promoted SOC mineralization in the wetlands of the Sanjiang Plain,with a threshold concentration of 1.50%.
