选取黑卷尾(Dicrurus macrocercus)和乌鸫(Turdus mandarinus)的飞羽、尾羽、体羽和绒羽作为研究对象,利用扫描电镜对羽毛微观结构进行对比观察.黑卷尾和乌鸫两种鸟类的鉴别依据:(1)飞羽是钩羽小枝基柄长、羽小钩数、纤毛数、羽小钩和纤毛总数、腹齿数以及羽小枝间距;(2)尾羽是钩羽小枝基柄长、羽小钩数、纤毛数、羽小钩和纤毛总数以及羽小枝间距;(3)体羽是钩羽小枝基柄长、纤毛数以及羽小枝间距;(4)绒羽是节直径、节间距、基节长以及羽小枝间距.

The remiges,rectrices,contour feathers and downy feather of Black Drongo(Dicrurus macrocercus)and Chinese Blackbird(Turdus mandarinus)were selected as research objects,and their microstructures were observed and compared by scanning electron microscope(SEM).that the identification criteria for the two bird species are as follows:(1)For remiges,the length of base handle of distal barbule,the number of hooked barbule,the number of cilia,the sum of the hooked barbule and cilia,the number of ventral tooth and the distance between barbules;(2)For rectrices,the length of base handle of distal barbule,the number of hooked barbule,the number of cilia,the sum of the hooked barbule and cilia and the distance between barbules;(3)For contour,the indicators such as the length of base handle of distal barbule,the number of cilia,and the distance between barbules;(4)For downy feather,nodular diameter,distance between nodules,length of base handle and distance between barbules.
