中药多糖防治糖尿病视网膜病变机制研究OA
Research on the Study of the Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine Polysaccharide Against Diabetic Retinopathy
糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病最严重的微血管并发症之一,进一步发展最终可导致失明.当前临床治疗手段如激光光凝、抗血管内皮生长因子药物等虽有一定疗效,但存在不良反应明显、复发率高、神经保护作用有限等问题,亟需探索安全有效的新型治疗策略.中药多糖作为天然生物活性大分子,因其多靶点、低毒性的特点,在DR防治中展现出独特优势.研究表明,中药多糖可通过抗氧化、抗炎、抑制细胞焦亡、抑制异常新生血管生成及调节视网膜神经节细胞等多种机制,延缓DR进展并促进视网膜功能修复.该文从中药多糖入手,系统综述了中药多糖在DR防治中的研究进展,深入探讨其作用机制及潜在应用价值,为DR 的临床治疗和新药研发提供理论参考.
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the most severe microvascular complications of diabetes,progressing gradually and ultimately leading to blindness.Current clinical treatments such as laser photocoagulation and anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs demonstrate limited efficacy,accompanied by significant side effects,high recurrence rates,and inadequate neuroprotective effects.There is an urgent need to explore novel,safe,and effective therapeutic strategies.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)polysaccharides,as natural bioactive macromolecules,demonstrate unique advantages in DR prevention and treatment due to their multi-targeted action and low toxicity.Research indicates that TCM polysaccharides can delay DR progression and promote retinal functional repair through multiple mechanisms,including antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects,inhibition of pyroptosis,suppression of abnormal neovascularization,and regulation of retinal ganglion cells.This paper systematically reviews the research progress of TCM polysaccharides in DR prevention and treatment,delves into their mechanisms of action and potential applications,and provides theoretical references for clinical management and novel drug development in DR.
