Research Progress on Clubroot of Chinese Cabbage

大白菜根肿病(Clubroot)是由芸薹根肿菌(Plasmodiophora brassicae Woron)侵染引起的毁灭性土传病害,严重威胁我国及全球十字花科蔬菜产业的可持续发展.近 10 年来,随着分子生物学与基因组学技术的快速发展,该领域研究取得了显著突破.文中系统梳理了近 10 年大白菜根肿病病原生物学、抗性遗传机制、抗病品种选育及综合防控技术等方面的研究成果,进一步分析了当前研究中存在的问题,并提出了未来需重点突破的研究方向,以期为我国大白菜根肿病的可持续治理提供理论参考.

Clubroot,a devastating soil-borne disease caused by Plasmodiophora brassicae Woron,poses a seri-ous threat to the sustainable development of the cruciferous vegetable industry in China and globally.Over the past decade,with the rapid advancement of molecular biology and genomics technologies,significant break-throughs have been achieved in this field.This paper systematically reviews the research progress on the pathogen biology,resistance genetic mechanisms,breeding of resistant varieties,and integrated management strategies for clubroot in Chinese cabbage over the last ten years.It further analyzes the existing problems in current research and proposes key research directions for future breakthroughs,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the sustainable management of clubroot in Chinese cabbage in China.
