为丰富沈阳地区蝴蝶兰种质资源库,挖掘适宜该区域栽培的原生蝴蝶兰种质材料,引进 11 份蝴蝶兰属(Phalaenopsis Blume)原生种质资源,在沈阳地区温室进行为期 3 年的驯化栽培试验,系统开展表型性状调查,从存活率、开花情况和生长势 3 个核心维度构建综合评价体系并进行量化评分.结果表明:11 份原生种质中9 份可在试验栽培条件下存活,其中五唇兰(Phalaenopsis pulcherrima)和版纳蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis mannii)综合表现最优,是最适合沈阳地区温室栽培的原生种质;美花蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis schilleriana)和阿妈蝴蝶兰(Pha-laenopsis amabilis)在驯化过程中全部死亡,适应性等级为"差".同时,试验对单一性状表现突出的种质(如多花型、大花型、抗逆性强的种质)进行重点标注,明确其育种利用价值.研究结果为蝴蝶兰原生种质资源在东北地区的引种驯化、资源创新及产业化应用提供了理论依据和实践参考.

To enrich the germplasm resource bank of Phalaenopsis in Shenyang and explore native germplasm materials suitable for cultivation in this region,11 native germplasm accessions of the genus Phalaenopsis Blume were introduced and subjected to a three-year acclimation and cultivation experiment in greenhouses in Shenyang.Phenotypic traits were systematically investigated,and a comprehensive evaluation system was es-tablished and quantitatively scored from three core dimensions:survival rate,flowering performance and growth vigor.The results showed that 9 out of the 11 introduced native germplasms could survive in Shenyang.Among them,Phalaenopsis pulcherrima and Phalaenopsis mannii exhibited the optimal comprehensive per-formance,which were the most suitable native germplasms for greenhouse cultivation in Shenyang.In con-trast,Phalaenopsis schilleriana and Phalaenopsis amabilis died completely during acclimation,with an adapta-bility grade rated as poor.Meanwhile,germplasms with outstanding single traits(such as multi-flower type,large-flower type and strong stress resistance)were specially marked,and their breeding utilization values were clarified.The findings provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the introduction and acclima-tion,resource innovation and industrial application of native Phalaenopsis germplasm resources in Northeast China.
