高职院校创新型人才培养路径研究与实践OA

This study developed a"4211 innovative talent cultivation strategy"specifically for higher vocational colleges.The specific contents include:four training paths,namely cultivating computational thinking ability,integrating industry and education,cultivating innovative thinking led by curriculum-based ideological and political education,and integrating innovation-driven forces and campus cultural influence;two supporting tools,namely the digital platform support and AI support;one evaluation system,namely the diversified and all-round evaluation system;one innovation competence resource library,a digital resource library integrating innovative cases,innovative courseware,and innovative plans.This strategy is designed to support innovative talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
