德国"双元制"教育模式本土化的策略研究OA
Research on the Localization Strategy of German"Dual System"Education Mode
自德国"双元制"教育模式引入我国以来,其在一定程度上打通了传统职业教育产教分离的堵点,补齐了教育教学和学生就业之间缺乏有效对接的短板.然而,受我国职业教育体系复杂、办学规模庞大等因素制约,"双元制"本土化存在一些问题.需要依托人工智能技术,构建数据共享平台、搭建智慧教学环境、建设"双师型"教师队伍、融合"双元"评价结果等发展策略,以促进德国"双元制"教育模式的本土化落地.
Since the German"dual system"education mode was introduced into China,to a certain extent,it has broken through the blockage of the separation of industry and education in traditional vocational education,and made up for the lack of effective docking between education and teaching and student employment.Due to the complexity and large scale of China's vocational education system,the localization of the dual system still comfronts several challenges.It is necessary to rely on artificial intelligence technology,build a data sharing platform,create a smart teaching environment,develop a"double-qualified teacher"team,and integrate with the"dual"evaluation results to promote the localization of the German"dual system"education mode.
