针对服装供应链现金流与库存的动态平衡机制问题,以跨境电商服装企业为案例进行分析,基于系统动力学理论,采用实证分析法,探究了"小单快反"模式中订货率与反馈周期对库存水平与资金流动性的非线性影响.研究发现:"小单快反"模式下,订货率的提升与反馈周期的缩短可以降低库存水平与波动、加快资金回笼速度,提升现金流稳定性;当订货率与反馈周期同时优化时,对供应链系统提升最明显.研究结论为服装产业供应链优化提供参考.

To address the dynamic equilibrium mechanism between cash flow and inventory in apparel supply chains,this study takes cross-border e-commerce apparel enterprises as the research object.Grounded in system dynamics theory and employing an empirical analysis approach,it explores the nonlinear relationships between order rate and feedback cycle on and their impacts inventory levels and capital liquidity under the small-batch,quick-response(SBQR)mode.The results show that,within the SBQR framework,increasing the order rate and shortening the feedback cycle can reduce inventory levels and volatility,accelerate capital turnover,and improve cash flow stability.When both the order rate and feedback cycle are optimized simultaneously,the overall performance improvement of the supply chain system is most pronounced.These findings provide references for optimization in apparel supply chain.
