Study on the risk of commercial vehicle engine component supply chain based on improved DEMATEL-ISM model

为提升商用车发动机零部件供应链的韧性与安全性,从社会风险治理的视角出发,基于供应链全生命周期理论,采用改进的DEMATEL-ISM模型,科学量化风险因素间的层次结构,分析影响供应链安全与韧性的关键因素.提出构建多维度供应链风险监控防御体系、搭建可视化协作平台、全生命周期产品工程管理、提升物流风险管理能力等建议.研究结论可为商用车发动机零部件供应链风险识别和预防工作提供参考.

To enhance the resilience and security of the supply chain for commercial vehicle engine components,from the perspective of social risk governance and based on the supply chain life cycle theory,this study adopts an improved DEMATEL-ISM model to scientifically quantify the hierarchical structure among risk factors and analyze the key factors influencing the safety and resilience of the supply chain.Several recommendations are put forward,including constructing a multi-dimensional risk monitoring and defense system for the supply chain,building a visual collaboration platform,implementing full-life-cycle product engineering management,and improving the capability of logistics risk management.The research findings provide a reference for enhancing the identification and prevention of risks in the supply chain for commercial vehicle engine components.
