油气产业技术创新效率与区域经济韧性耦合协调发展研究OACHSSCD
Research on the coupling and coordinated development of technological innovation efficiency of the oil and gas industry and regional economic resilience
围绕油气产业技术创新效率与区域经济韧性的耦合协调关系,构建油气产业技术创新效率与区域经济韧性的评价指标体系,运用SBM-DDF模型测度油气产业技术创新效率与区域经济韧性,采用耦合协调模型、Dagum基尼系数、空间马尔可夫链等方法开展2015-2023年油气产业技术创新效率与区域经济韧性耦合协调发展研究.研究表明:油气产业技术创新效率与区域经济韧性耦合关系整体处于初级协调阶段,呈逐年缓慢增长趋势;区域间耦合协调水平存在差异,东部地区最高,西部地区最低;各地区存在俱乐部趋同化现象.研究结论为油气产业科技创新与区域协调融合发展提供参考.
Focusing on the coupling and coordinated relationship between technological innovation efficiency of the oil and gas industry and regional economic resilience,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for both,measures them using the SBM-DDF model,and analyzes their coupling and coordinated development in 29 regions from 2015 to 2023 using the coupling coordination model,Dagum Gini coefficient and spatial Markov chain.The results show that their overall coupling relationship is at the primary coordination stage with a slow annual upward trend;there are regional differences in coupling coordination level,which is the highest in the eastern region and the lowest in the western region;all regions exhibit club convergence.The conclusions provide a reference for technological innovation of the oil and gas industry and coordinated regional integrated development.
