Research Progress on Lignocellulose Pretreatment by Ionic Liquids

木质纤维作为一种可循环、可再生的生物质,其高效利用对解决能源短缺和环境问题具有重要意义.离子液体预处理法因具有选择性溶解、低挥发性及可回收性等特点,已成为木质纤维生物质精炼的重要技术.本文系统综述了木质纤维的结构特性,深入比较了物理预处理法、化学预处理法、生物预处理法及物理-化学预处理法等预处理技术的技术特点与局限性,重点分析了离子液体预处理木质纤维的原理和分类,以及酸碱性、浓度、含水量、温度、时间等关键影响因素,并探讨了离子液体预处理法的普适性与专属性.此外,系统总结了低成本离子液体开发策略及工艺过程优化方法.最后,客观评价了离子液体毒性问题及其对预处理过程的影响,并展望了未来发展方向:开发低成本、低毒性、高稳定性离子液体体系,深化构效关系研究,推进连续化、集成化工艺开发,实现木质纤维生物质的高值化利用和产业化应用.

As a recyclable and renewable biomass,the efficient utilization of lignocellulosic was of great significance to solve energy shortage and environmental problems.Ionic liquid pretreatment had emerged as a key technology for lignocellulosic biomass refining,due to its selective dissolution,low volatility and recyclability.This paper systematically reviewed the structural characteristics of lignocellulose and provided an in-depth comparison of technical features and limitations of pretreatment methods,such as physical,chemical,biological,and physicochemical approaches.It focused on analyzing the principles and classification of ionic liquid pretreatment for lignocellulose,along with key influencing factors such as acidity/alkalinity,concentration,water content,temperature,and time.Furthermore,it explored the universality and specificity of this pretreatment method.In addition,this paper summarized strategies for developing low-cost ionic liquids and methods for process optimization.Finally,the toxicity issues of ionic liquids and their impact on the pretreatment process were objectively evaluated,and future development directions were outlooked:developing low-cost,low-toxicity,high-stability ionic liquid systems,deepening structure-activity relationship research,advancing continuous and integrated process development,and achieving high-value utilization and industrial application of lignocellulosic biomass.
