以木质甾醇分子蒸馏废弃物为原料,开发了一种基于脂肪酸定向催化转化合成高纯度植物蜡的绿色工艺路线,采用柱层析法精制植物蜡并分析精制植物蜡的性能.采用单因素和正交试验优化得到木质甾醇分子蒸馏废弃物的催化酯化工艺条件:木质甾醇分子蒸馏废弃物20 g、对甲苯磺酸3 g、二十二醇用量10 g、反应温度100℃、反应时间5 h,此条件下植物蜡粗产品纯度达80.15%.该植物蜡粗产品经硅胶柱层析精制后,产品纯度高达94.10%,酸值由123.44 mg/g(原料)降至0.40 mg/g、皂化值由154.5 mg/g(原料)降至60 mg/g,脱酸率超过99%.与其它商业蜡相比,精制后的植物蜡具有酸值(0.4 mg/g)极低、色泽洁白、熔点(45℃)适中、硬度(0.5 HA)适宜及含挥发物量(0.22%)低等综合优势.

Using lignosterol molecular distillation waste as raw material,a green process route for the synthesis of high-purity plant wax based on directional catalytic conversion of fatty acids was developed.The plant wax was refined by column chromatography and the performance of the refined plant wax was analyzed.The results showed that the catalytic esterification process conditions optimized by single-factor and orthogonal experiments were as follows:20 g raw material,3 g p-toluenesulfonic acid,10 g docosanol,reaction temperature of 100℃and reaction time of 5 h.Under these conditions,the purity of crude plant wax product reached 80.15%.After further purification by silica gel column chromatography,the purity of plant wax product was as high as 94.10%,the acid value of product was reduced from 123.44 mg/g of raw material to 0.40 mg/g,the saponification value was reduced from 154.5 mg/g of raw material to 60 mg/g,and the deacidification rate was more than 99%.And the obtained product exhibited a white color and excellent thermal stability.Compared with other commercial waxes,the refined plant wax possessed comprehensive advantages of extremely low acid value(0.4 mg/g),white color,moderate melting point(45℃),suitable hardness(0.5 HA),and low volatile content(0.22%).
