绿色技术创新、新质生产力与新能源汽车产业链现代化OACHSSCD
Green Technology Innovation,New Quality Productive Forces and Modernization of New Energy Vehicle Industry Chain
随着新发展理念的进一步深化、"双碳"目标的系统推进,新能源汽车成为了当下最具活力的战略性新兴产业.绿色技术创新是创造低能耗、低排放、低污染的生态友好型新工艺、新技术、新模式的重要途径,为新能源汽车产业链现代化提供关键技术支撑,而且绿色技术创新带来的颠覆性技术可催生新质生产力,间接推进新能源汽车产业链的现代化.研究基于2016-2023年我国省级面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型实证检验绿色技术创新对新能源汽车产业链现代化的促进作用,并探究新质生产力在促进作用中的中介效应.实证结果表明,绿色技术创新能够显著推进新能源汽车产业链现代化进程;绿色技术创新能够加速新质生产力的形成,进而为新能源汽车产业链提供现代化支撑.而且,绿色技术创新与新能源汽车产业链现代化的影响关系存在双重门槛特征.
With the further deepening of the new development concept and the systematic promotion of the"double carbon goal",new energy vehicles have become the most dynamic strategic emerging in-dustry.Green technology innovation is an important way to create eco-friendly new processes,technolo-gies and modes with low energy consumption,low emissions and low pollution,providing key support for the modernization of the new energy vehicle industry chain.The disruptive technologies brought by green technology innovation give rise to new quality productivity and indirectly promote the moderniza-tion of the new energy vehicle industry chain.Based on China's provincial panel data from 2016 to 2023,the study empirically examines the promotion effect of green technology innovation on the mod-ernization of the new energy vehicle industry chain using a two-way fixed-effects model,and explores the mediating effect of new quality productivity in the promotion effect.The empirical results show that green technological innovation can significantly promote the modernization process of the new energy automobile industry chain;green technological innovation can accelerate the formation of new quality productivity,and then provide modern support for the new energy automobile industry chain.Moreover,the relationship between green technology innovation and the modernization of new energy automobile industry chain has a double threshold feature.
