推动能源绿色低碳转型是实现"双碳"目标与经济高质量发展的关键举措,而新质生产力的形成与发展为能源绿色低碳转型注入了新的驱动力.为系统分析新质生产力对能源绿色低碳转型的作用机制,选取我国2013-2023 年的省级面板数据,构建新质生产力综合评价指标体系并使用熵权-TOPSIS 法进行测算,进而通过双向固定效应模型实证检验其对能源绿色低碳转型的影响,同时引入技术创新的中介作用与政府支持的门槛效应,探讨其传导路径与非线性特征.研究结果显示:新质生产力能够显著促进能源绿色低碳转型,技术创新在其中发挥关键的中介作用;新质生产力对能源绿色低碳转型的促进作用存在以政府支持为门槛变量的单重门槛效应,适度支持有助于强化新质生产力对能源绿色低碳转型的推动作用,而过度干预则会抑制创新活力、削弱转型效率.此外,新质生产力对能源绿色低碳转型的影响存在显著异质性,经济增长较慢地区和东部地区的促进效应更为明显.研究为完善新质生产力培育政策与优化能源绿色低碳转型路径提供了理论依据与实证支撑.

Promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of energy is a key measure to achieve the goal of"double carbon"and high-quality economic development,and the formation and development of new quality productive forces has injected new driving force into the green and low-carbon transforma-tion of energy.To systematically analyze the mechanism of the role of new quality productivity in the green and low-carbon transformation of energy,provincial panel data from China from 2013 to 2023 were selected to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for new quality productivity.The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used for calculation,and the impact of new quality productivity on the green and low-carbon transformation of energy was empirically tested through a two-way fixed effects model.At the same time,the mediating role of technological innovation and the threshold effect of government support were introduced to explore its transmission path and nonlinear characteristics.The research results show that new quality productivity can significantly promote the green and low-car-bon transformation of energy,and technological innovation plays a key mediating role in it;Government support has a significant threshold effect in the relationship between the two.Moderate support can help strengthen the driving role of new quality productivity in the green and low-carbon transformation of en-ergy,while excessive intervention may inhibit innovation vitality and weaken transformation efficiency.In addition,there is significant heterogeneity in the impact of new quality productivity on the green and low-carbon transformation of energy,with the promotion effect being more pronounced in regions with slower economic growth and the eastern region.The research conclusion provides theoretical basis and empirical support for improving the policy of cultivating new quality productivity and optimizing the path of energy green and low-carbon transformation.
