基于响应面分析的西部生态环境安全多因素影响机制研究OA
Research on the Multi-Factor Influence Mechanism of Ecological and Environmental Security in Western China Based on Response Surface Analysis
在西部地区生态环境问题多重叠加与治理要素高度耦合的背景下,系统识别关键影响因素及其协同作用机制对于提升区域生态环境安全水平具有重要现实意义.为拓展对生态环境安全复杂形成机制的深入理解,并增强政策制定的针对性和可操作性,以西部生态环境安全为研究对象,将生态环境治理、生物多样性保护、气候应对措施及政府政策支持纳入统一分析框架,系统考察不同因素组合及其匹配模式对生态环境安全综合作用,旨在揭示多维治理要素在非线性互动条件下对生态安全的综合影响效应及其最优配置路径.此外,引入响应面分析方法,基于Box-Behnken试验设计原理,运用Design-Expert 13软件构建四因素三水平响应面分析模型.研究结果表明:(1)4类因素均对西部生态环境安全产生显著正向影响,其中生态环境治理与政府政策支持作用效应更为突出;(2)各因素之间存在显著交互作用,表现为生态环境治理与生物多样性保护、气候应对措施及政策支持之间的协同增强效应,以及生物多样性保护与气候应对措施、政策支持之间的耦合促进关系;(3)在多因素协同处于高水平组合条件下,生态环境安全水平达到最优状态.由于单一治理手段难以实现生态安全水平的有效提升,需要引导地方政府与企业形成多目标协同治理机制,提升综合治理效率.
Under the combined pressures of ecological degradation,climate variability,and governance constraints,ecological and environmental security in western China has become increasingly fragile,highlighting the urgent need to clarify the key driving factors and their synergistic mechanisms.To deepen understanding of the complex mechanisms underlying ecological and environmental security and enhance the relevance and implementability of policy formulation,this paper focuses on ecological security in western China.By integrating ecological governance,biodiversity conservation,climate response measures,and government policy support into a unified analytical framework,it systematically examines how different factor combinations and their matching patterns collectively influence ecological security.The research aims to reveal the comprehensive impact of multidimensional governance elements under nonlinear interactions on ecological security,as well as identify optimal allocation pathways for these elements.Furthermore,the paper employs response surface methodology,leveraging the principles of Box-Behnken experimental design and utilizing Design-Expert 13 software to construct a four-factor,three-level response surface analysis model.The empirical results indicate that all four factors exert significant positive impacts on ecological and environmental security,with ecological governance and government policy support demonstrating relatively stronger effects.Significant interaction effects are observed between ecological governance and biodiversity conservation,ecological governance and climate response measures,ecological governance and policy support,as well as between biodiversity conservation and climate response measures and policy support,revealing strong synergistic relationships among governance dimensions.Moreover,response surface optimization shows that ecological environmental security reaches its highest level when all factors are jointly maintained at high intensities,suggesting that coordinated multi-dimensional interventions are more effective than isolated policy actions.From a nonlinear coupling and synergy perspective,this study elucidates the formation mechanism and optimization pathways of ecological environmental security in western China.Since a single governance instrument is insufficient to effectively improve the level of ecological security,it is necessary to guide local governments and enterprises to form a multi-objective collaborative governance mechanism so as to enhance the overall efficiency of governance.
