产教融合视域下高职院校"双创"型人才培育路径与实践探索OA

Against the backdrop of the accelerated advancement of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the talent cultivation system for innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges is undergoing profound restructuring.To address the theoretical gaps in collaborative governance mechanisms and practical empowerment pathways for industry-education integration and innovation-driven talent cultivation,and to resolve the core challenge of effectively transforming industrial resources into educational capital,this study examines the practical challenges in fostering such talents through industry-education integration.It argues that the essence of industry-education integration lies in the synergistic coupling of the educational chain and the industrial chain,enabling the systematic transformation of industrial elements into educational capital.This process provides authentic practical scenarios and innovation network support for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Higher vocational colleges must construct a talent cultivation system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents through industry-education integration across three key dimensions:governance mechanisms,educational ecology,and faculty development.By deepening industry-education collaboration and school-enterprise cooperation,a new paradigm of talent cultivation characterized by deep integration and dual interaction can be established,thereby systematically enhancing the industrial alignment and innovative practical capabilities of talent training in higher vocational institutions.To further empower the cultivation of dual-innovation talents through deep industry-education integration,it is necessary to rationalize the interest relationships between schools and enterprises at both institutional and market levels,establish a governance mechanism for synergistic school-enterprise interests,develop a"dual-qualified"faculty integrating professional expertise and ideological education,and systematically reconstruct the talent cultivation paradigm.
