目的 在"新医科"强调创新与实践的背景下,探讨情景模拟结合案例教学法(CBL)在《中医养生康复学》教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2023-2024学年第二学期2021级康复治疗学3班设为观察组(n=43),1班设为对照组(n=37).观察组采用情景模拟结合CBL模式,对照组采用传统讲授法.通过理论考试、技能考核、教学满意度问卷及质性访谈进行多维度效果评估.结果 两组学生理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.001).观察组在教学满意度调查中"学习兴趣""实践联系""团队协作"和"总体评价"四个方面得分高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.001).访谈资料分析证实该模式在提升知识内化、临床思维及团队协作能力方面具有积极作用.结论 情景模拟结合CBL教学模式能有效提升学生的实践技能、学习兴趣与团队协作能力.

Objective In the context of the"New Medical Science"emphasizing innovation and practice,this study explores the application effect of scenariosimulation combined with Case-Based Learning(CBL)in the teaching of"Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Preser-vation and Rehabilitation".Methods Class 3 of Rehabilitation Therapy in the 2021 grade was set as the observation group(n=43),and Class 1 was set as the control group(n=37).The observation group adopted the scenario simulation combined with CBL mode,while the control group used the traditional lecture method.Multidimensional effect evaluation was conducted through theoretical exams,skill assessments,teaching satisfaction questionnaires,and qualitative interviews.Results There was no statistically significant difference in theoretical scores between the two groups of students(P>0.05);the skill assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).In the teaching satisfaction survey,the observation group scored higher than the control group in four aspects:"learning interest","practical connection","team collaboration",and"overall evaluation"(P<0.01,P<0.001).Analysis of interview data confirmed that this model had a positive effect on enhancing knowledge internalization,clinical thinking,and team collabo-ration skills.Conclusion The scenario simulation combined with CBL teaching mode can effectively improve students'practical skills,learning interest,and team collaboration ability.
