基于NSCLC预测模型构建的医学生科研思维培养路径探索OA
Exploration of a medical student scientific research thinking training pathway based on NSCLC prediction model construction
目的 探讨基于非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)术后预测模型构建的科研训练路径,在提升医学生科研思维能力方面的应用效果.方法 将2024年9月—2025年1月河北大学82名五年级医学生随机分为观察组(基于NSCLC预测模型构建的医学生科研思维培养路径教学)与对照组(传统教学),各41人.比较两组学生的科研思维能力评分、理论考核成绩、研究方案设计质量及教学满意度.结果 教学后,观察组在科研思维能力总分和研究方案设计质量评分上均高于对照组(P<0.05).在科研思维各维度中,观察组在问题提出、文献评阅、研究设计、数据分析和结果阐释方面的评分提升尤为显著(均P<0.05).两组理论考核成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05).观察组的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 以NSCLC预测模型构建为载体的科研训练路径,能有效提升医学生科研思维能力,且在不影响基础理论掌握的同时提升了学生对教学的满意度.
Objective To assess a research training pathway,focused on building a postoperative prognostic model for non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),to improve medical students'scientific thinking.Methods Eighty-two fifth-year medical students(Sep 2024-Jan 2025)were randomly divided into an observation group(n=41),receiving six-stage training centered on"NSCLC Prognostic Model Construc-tion,"and a control group(n=41)receiving traditional teaching.We compared scientific thinking scores,theoretical exam results,research protocol quality,and satisfaction.Results The observation group showed higher total scientific thinking scores and better research protocol quality(P<0.05).They improved significantly in problem identification,literature critique,study design,data analysis,and results interpre-tation(all P<0.05).Theoretical scores were similar between groups(P>0.05).Satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Using NSCLC model building as a platform effectively enhances students'research thinking without compromising theoretical knowledge,while increasing satisfaction.
