数智化教学与人工智能在临床医学教育中的应用与发展OA

近年来,人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术的快速发展推动数智化教学成为临床医学教育转型的重要方向,为解决传统教学个性化指导不足、实践场景受限等痛点提供了新路径.当前国内外已有大量关于人工智能与临床医学教育融合的系统综述、范围综述及专家共识,虽已明确AI在临床技能训练、个性化学习等场景的应用价值,但现有研究仍存在医学生AI素养培养体系缺失、技术应用证据等级分析不足、跨学科融合实践路径模糊等知识缺口,且尚未形成适配临床医学教育特性的数智化教学整合框架.本文通过系统梳理近5年同主题综述类研究的进展与局限,明确本研究的创新定位,界定数智化教学的核心概念与技术基础,结合证据等级分析AI在临床医学教育中的具体应用场景,针对性剖析技术落地的核心挑战与行业争议,重点围绕医学生AI素养培养构建课程、教学与评价体系,并识别现有研究的知识空白与未来研究方向,为临床医学教育数智化转型提供兼具学术增量与实践价值的理论框架和参考路径.

In recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology has promoted digital-intelligent teaching as an important direction for the transformation of clinical medical education,providing new pathways to address pain points such as insufficient personalized guidance and limited practical scenarios in traditional teaching.Currently,there is a large body of systematic reviews,scoping reviews,and expert consensus both domestically and internationally on the integration of AI and clinical medical education.While the appli-cation value of AI in scenarios such as clinical skill training and personalized learning has been clearly established,existing research still faces knowledge gaps,including the lack of a cultivation system for medical students'AI literacy,insufficient analysis of evidence levels for technology application,and unclear interdisciplinary integration practice pathways.Moreover,a digital-intelligent teaching integration framework tailored to the characteristics of clinical medical education has yet to be formed.This article systematically reviews the progress and limitations of review-type studies on the same topic over the past five years,clarifies the innovative positioning of this research,defines the core concepts and technological foundations of digital-intelligent teaching,analyzes specific application scenarios of AI in clinical medi-cal education through evidence level analysis,specifically examines the core challenges and industry controversies in technology implemen-tation,focuses on constructing curriculum,teaching,and evaluation systems around the cultivation of medical students'AI literacy,identi-fies knowledge gaps in existing research and future research directions,and provides a theoretical framework and reference pathway with both academic incremental value and practical significance for the digital-intelligent transformation of clinical medical education.
