中医药院校第二课堂实施现状调查与提升路径研究OA
Research on the implementation status and improvement paths of the second classroom in Chinese medicine universities and colleges
目的 第二课堂是高校落实"三全育人"工作、培养新时代医学人才的重要路径.研究旨在深入了解中医药院校第二课堂的实施现状、学生参与效果及现存问题,并基于"一站式"学生社区建设理念,探索其提质增效的优化路径.方法 采用随机抽样法,对某中医药大学600名学生进行问卷调查,收回有效问卷586份,回收率为97.67%.结果 第二课堂建设存在显著的高参与率与低满意率现象;不同学生群体参与度和满意度呈现结构性差异;目前第二课堂存在资源支持不足、管理制度不完善和专业指导匮乏等问题.结论 当前医学院校第二课堂存在较大提升空间.应依托"一站式"学生社区建设,从优化内容体系、创新运行机制、完善评价激励机制等方面系统施策,打造具有中医药院校特色的第二课堂育人新高地.
Objective"Second Classroom"serves as a crucial pathway for universities to implement the"Three-All Education"approach and cultivate medical talents for the new era.This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the current implementation status,stu-dent participation outcomes,and existing challenges in the"Second Classroom"at traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)institutions.Based on the concept of a"One-Stop Student Community",it explores optimization strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.Methods A ran-dom sampling method was employed to survey 600 students at a TCM university,resulting in 586 valid responses(response rate:97.67%).Results The"Second Classroom"exhibits a notable phenomenon of high participation rates but low satisfaction levels;structured differ-ences in participation and satisfaction exist among different student groups;current issues include insufficient resource support,incomplete management systems,and a lack of professional guidance.Conclusion There remains significant room for improvement in the"Second Classroom"at medical colleges.By leveraging the development of a"One-Stop Student Community,"systematic measures should be im-plemented to optimize content systems,innovate operational mechanisms,and refine evaluation and incentive mechanisms,thereby creat-ing a new model of"Second Classroom"education with TCM institution characteristics.
