园林废弃物+黑水虻虫粪堆肥理化性质与腐熟度评价OA
Physicochemical Properties and Maturity Evaluation of Co-compost of Garden Waste and Black Soldier Fly Frass
为探究园林废弃物与黑水虻虫粪共堆肥的效果,设计了5组混合比例(园林废弃物∶虫粪质量比):T1(10∶0)、T2(9∶1)、T3(8∶2)、T4(7∶3)和T5(6∶4),开展了45 d的好氧堆肥试验,系统监测堆肥过程中理化性质的动态变化,并采用灰色聚类法综合评价了堆肥产物的腐熟度.结果表明:添加黑水虻虫粪可有效加速园林废弃物的腐熟进程,改善堆肥产物的品质.与单一园林废弃物处理(T1)相比,添加黑水虻虫粪的堆体升温更快,高温期(≥55℃)显著延长,有机质降解率和种子发芽指数均得到了显著提高,其中,T4处理表现最优,高温持续15 d,最高温度达71.31℃,有机质降解率为26.47%,总氮含量提升了36.54%,种子发芽指数高达108.89%,pH值和EC值均符合腐熟的要求.将T1~T5处理的腐熟等级依次判定为未腐熟、基本腐熟、较好腐熟、完全腐熟和完全腐熟,腐熟度聚类排序为T4>T5>T3>T2>T1.因此,园林废弃物与黑水虻虫粪按照7∶3的质量比堆肥时的效果最佳,具有良好的资源化利用潜力.
To investigate the effects of co-composting garden waste(GW)with black soldier fly frass(BSFF),five treatments with different mass ratios(GW∶BSFF)were tested:T1(10∶0),T2(9∶1),T3(8∶2),T4(7∶3),and T5(6∶4).A 45-day aerobic composting experiment was conducted to systematically monitor the dynamic changes of physicochemical properties during composting,and the maturity of compost products was comprehensively evaluated by the grey clustering method.The results showed that compared with T1,BSFF addition significantly exhibited faster temperature rise and significantly prolonged the thermophilic phase(≥55℃),and both organic matter degradation rate and seed germination index(GI)significantly increased.Among all treatments,T4 showed the optimal composting performance,characterized by a 15-day thermophilic phase,a maximum temperature of 71.31℃,an organic matter degradation rate of 26.47%,a 36.54%increase in total nitrogen content,and a GI value of up to 108.89%.Both pH and EC value of T4 met the maturity requirements.Grey clustering evaluation classified the maturity levels of T1 to T5 as unmatured,basically matured,well matured,fully matured and fully matured in sequence,with the maturity ranking as T4>T5>T3>T2>T1.In conclusion,co-composting GW with BSFF at a mass ratio of 7∶3 achieves the best effect and holds great potential for resource utilization.
