针对激光三角法位移测量系统中光斑中心的精确定位的问题,基于现有光斑中心定位技术,提出了一种高斯自适应光斑精确定位方法,以提升系统的测量精度、稳定性及适应性,实现对像点光斑中心的亚像素级精确定位.该方法采用"预处理-粗定位-精定位"的3层架构,对图像进行预处理,通过差分法剔除背景光噪声,并结合高斯滤波和迭代式阈值法获得平滑的目标光斑图像,为后续的定位环节提供了良好基础;采用一阶中心差分的方法对像点光斑进行像素级定位,快速确定光斑的初步位置;引入加权最小二乘法进行线性拟合,权值矩阵的引入增强了接近光斑中心像素点的贡献,有效提升光斑中心的定位精度,达到亚像素级的定位要求.实验结果表明,该定位法绝对误差的均方根约为0.18 pixel,比高斯拟合法在精度相当的情况下稳定性提高10.5%.该方法不仅确保了光斑中心的高精度定位,也提高了计算效率,增强了系统的适应性.

Aiming at the problem of precise positioning of the spot center in the laser triangulation displacement measurement system,based on the existing spot center positioning technology,a Gaussian adaptive spot precise positioning method is proposed to improve the measurement accuracy,stability and adaptability of the system and achieve sub-pixel-level precise positioning of the spot center of the target point.The method adopts a three-layer architecture of"preprocessing-coarse positioning-fine positioning".The image is preprocessed.The background light noise is eliminated through the difference method,and a smooth target light spot image is obtained by combining Gaussian filtering and iterative threshold method,providing a good foundation for the subsequent positioning link.The first-order central difference method is adopted to perform pixel-level positioning of the image point light spot to quickly determine the initial position of the light spot.The weighted least square method is introduced for linear fitting.The introduction of the weight matrix enhances the contribution of the pixel points close to the center of the light spot,effectively improving the positioning accuracy of the center of the light spot and meeting the positioning requirements at the sub-pixel level.The root mean square of the absolute error of this positioning method is approximately 0.18 pixels.Compared with the Gaussian fitting method,when the accuracy is comparable,the stability is improved by 10.5%.This method not only ensures the high-precision positioning of the light spot center,but also improves the computational efficiency and enhances the adaptability of the system.
