无接合孔电极轴组件气密性检测工装的设计与验证OA
Design and Application of Gas Leakage Testing Fixture for Electrode Shaft Components without Joint Holes
为解决无接合孔结构电极轴组件气密性检测难题,设计了一套试压方案及专用试压工装.该电极轴组件因无接合孔,封堵困难,给气密性检测带来挑战.采用二维设计结合三维建模装配验证,全面识别和避免干涉情况;针对工装各零部件进行密封性与可靠性分析,运用静力学分析方法,对帽、卡箍等关键部件在试验压力下的密封效果和材料强度进行评估,结果表明各部件在0.5 MPa试验压力下密封区域位移分别为0.000 37 mm和0.000 74 mm,密封性良好,未出现密封失效情况,且应力最大处分别为5.71、18.5和7.17 MPa,远低于材料屈服强度235 MPa.实际试验验证了工装设计的可靠性,未出现工装泄漏、失效及密封失效情况.在此基础上,针对实际操作中发现的问题,提出增加堵外圆定位槽和封堵拆卸孔优化措施,进一步提高工装的实用性和易用性.研究为无接合孔结构电极轴组件的气密性检测提供了可靠、高效的试压工装,不仅确保了检测的准确性,还为后续工装改进提供了理论依据和实践指导,对提升相关工装设计水平和检测效率具有重要意义.
To solve the problem of air tightness detection of electrode shaft assemblies without joint holes,a set of pressure testing schemes and special pressure testing fixtures are designed.The electrode shaft assembly has no joint hole and is difficult to seal,which brings challenges to the air tightness test.Two-dimensional design combined with three-dimensional modeling assembly verification is adopted to comprehensively identify and avoid interference situations.The sealing performance and reliability of each component of the tooling are analyzed.By using the static analysis method,the sealing effect and material strength of key components such as caps and clamps under the test pressure are evaluated.The results show that the displacements of the sealing areas of each component under the test pressure of 0.5 MPa are 0.000 37 mm and 0.000 74 mm respectively,indicating good sealing performance without any sealing failure.Meanwhile,the maximum stresses are 5.71,18.5 and 7.17 MPa respectively,which are far lower than the yield strength of the material 235 MPa.The actual test verified the reliability of the tooling design,and no leakage,failure or sealing failure of the tooling occurred.On this basis,in view of the problems found in the actual operation,the optimization measures of adding the outer circle positioning groove and blocking the disassembly hole are proposed to further improve the practicability and ease of use of the tooling.A reliable and efficient pressure testing fixture is provided for the air tightness detection of electrode shaft assemblies without joint holes.It not only ensures the accuracy of the detection but also provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the subsequent improvement of the fixture,which is of great significance for enhancing the design level and detection efficiency of related fixtures.
