双相钢激光拼焊接头力学性能预测及模拟OA
Mechanical properties prediction and simulation of laser welded joint of dual-phase steel
为获得DP980双相钢激光拼焊接头力学性能,制备含有不同焊接接头分区试样,结合"混合法则"获得接头各区域力学性能,并进行有限元模拟验证,分析纵向接头变形与失效.结果表明:不同分区试样接头的载荷-位移模拟曲线与试验曲线吻合;纵向接头载荷-位移模拟与试验曲线接近,模拟断裂位置与实际断裂位置一致;纵向接头断裂失效模式由焊缝区中心向两边延伸至母材区;接头宏观断口形貌表明,焊缝区、软化区及母材区均分布等轴韧窝,接头整体呈塑性断裂模式.
In order to obtain the mechanical properties of DP980 dual-phase laser welded joint,samples containing different sections of welded joints were prepared and combined with"the mixing rule"to obtain the mechanical properties of each area of the joint,and finite element simulation verification was carried out to analyze the deformation and failure of the longitudinal joint.The results show that the load-displacement simulation curves of the sample joints in different zones are consistent with the experimental curves.The load-displacement simulation of the longitudinal joint is close to the experimental curve,and the simulated fracture location is consistent with the actual fracture location.The failure mode of the longitudinal joint extends from the center of the weld zone to both sides to the base metal zone.The macroscopic fracture morphology of the joint shows equiaxed dimples distributed in the weld zone,the softened zone and the base metal zone.The joint as a whole presents a ductile fracture mode.
