某电厂凝汽器管焊缝穿孔失效分析OA

某电厂凝汽器管化学清洗后焊缝出现穿孔,为明确泄漏原因及穿孔机理,对管子进行水垢成分、微观形貌和水质分析等,发现水垢主要成分为CaCO3,并含有一定量S、P等腐蚀物.结果表明:管内壁硬垢阻塞腐蚀物流动,导致腐蚀产物在垢下积聚.化学清洗过程中氨基磺酸与碳酸钙剧烈反应产生大量CO2气体,形成空泡腐蚀效应.加之焊缝相对薄弱,最终在多种因素作用下发生穿孔泄漏.通过分析并给出合理化建议,为后续问题处理提供借鉴.

After chemical cleaning,perforations were observed in the weld seams of the condenser tubes at a power plant.To determine the cause of leakage and the mechanism of perforation,the analysis was implemented,including scale composition analysis,microstructure,water analysis etc.The results show that the main composition of the scale is CaCO3,along with certain corrosive elements such as S and P.The hard scale deposits restricted the flow of corrosion products,leading to under-deposit corrosion.During the chemical cleaning process,the violent reaction between sulfamic acid and calcium carbonate produces plenty of CO2 gas,resulting in cavitation corrosion.Given the inherent weakness of the tube welds and combined with these factors,perforation ultimately occurred.By analyzing and offering rational recommendations,it provides a reference for future problem resolution.
